1. Acceptance Of Terms
The AllSignalProcessing membership is a property of AllSignalProcessing, LLC (“ASP”). ASP provides website and software services to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). Your use of AllSignalProcessing.com indicates that you accept these TOS in full.
ASP reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement on AllSignalProcessing.com. Your continued use of AllSignalProcessing.com constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Description Of Service
ASP provides users with access to a wide array of instructional resources (the “Service”). You understand and agree that the Service may include communications from ASP, such as news about the site, new features or services, administrative messages, and newsletter(s), and that these communications are considered part of your membership.
You understand and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that ASP is not responsible for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

4. Member Account and Security
A password and account type will be created during the Service’s registration process. You are responsible for keeping your password and account information confidential. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify ASP of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
5. Member Conduct
"Content" is defined as all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted.
You understand and agree that all Content made available via the Service is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. ASP does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as thus does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is incorrect, offensive, or objectionable.
ASP is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of any Content made available via the Service. You agree that you must evaluate the suitability and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content made available by the service, including whether or not such Content is incorrect or contains errors.
You agree to not use the Service to make available any Content that:
- is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invades another’s privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

You further agree not use the Service to:
- harm minors in any way.
- impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- “stalk” or otherwise harass another.
- collect or store personal data about other users.
ASP may or may not pre-screen Content. You agree that ASP has the right in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, move, or remove any Content that is available via the Service.
You also consent and agree that ASP may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: 1) comply with legal process; 2) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; 3) respond to your requests for customer service; 4) enforce the TOS.
Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, or further distribution, of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
6. Content You Make Available for Inclusion on the Service

You agree to indemnify and hold ASP harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party associated with 1) Content you make available through the Service, 2) your use of the Service, 3) your violation of the TOS, or 4) your violation of any rights of another.
8. No Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of, or access to the Service (including your login information).
9. Modifications to Service
ASP reserves the right at any time to time to modify or discontinue the Service either temporarily or permanently with or without notice. You agree that ASP shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service for any reason.
10. Termination
You agree that ASP may terminate your account and deny access to the Service, including content entered by you for reasons that include 1) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, 2) your request, 3) violations of the TOS, 4) nonpayment of fees you owe in connection with the Service, or 5) discontinuance or modification of the Service. ASP has the sole discretion to terminate your account and is not required to give prior notice. Further, you agree that ASP shall not be liable for any such termination of your account or access to the Service.
11. Links to Other Resources
The Service may provide links to other websites or resources over which it has no control. You agree that the Service is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of any Content available at such sites or resources. You further agree that ASP is not directly or indirectly liable for any loss or damage caused by use or reliance of Content on such sites or resources.
12. Copyrights and Trademarks
The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on AllSignalProcessing.com are registered and unregistered trademarks of ASP. Nothing contained on AllSignalProcessing.com should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the ASP. Content displayed on this website is owned by its respective author and may not be reproduced in whole, or in part, without the express written permission of the author.
13. No Warranties
AllSignalProcessing.com is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. ASP makes no representations or warranties in relation to AllSignalProcessing.com or the information and materials provided on AllSignalProcessing.com.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, ASP does not warrant that:
- this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or
- the information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind, including legal, financial, engineering, or medical.
14. General Information
Choice of Law and Forum. The TOS shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. You agree that any disputes relating to the TOS will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in and for the county of Dane, WI.
Severability. If a provision of the TOS is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect
Non-Transferability. You agree that your ASP account is non-transferable.
Entire Agreement. These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and ASP in relation to your use of AllSignalProcessing.com, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of AllSignalProcessing.com.
The section titles in the TOS are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
